A. Submission: The subdivider shall submit six (6) copies of the final plat to the village clerk at least two (2) weeks before the next planning commission meeting and within one year of preliminary plat approval. If the preliminary plat has been approved with revision, it shall be deemed the final plat.
B. Planning Commission Review; Submission To Board Of Trustees: The planning commission shall study the final plat and transmit its action to the board of trustees within thirty (30) days from the date on which it was filed with the village clerk.
C. Filing Final Plat: The subdivider shall file the final plat with the village clerk within thirty (30) days of final plat approval.
D. Recording Final Plat: The subdivider shall record the final plat with the county recorder of deeds within thirty (30) days of final plat approval; otherwise, the approval of the final plat shall be considered void. (Ord. 134, 5-1-1973)
