11-1-1: APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS:
This title shall apply to all lands within the corporate limits of the village and within the area extending one and one-half (11/2) miles beyond its corporate limits not included in any municipality. (Ord. 134, 5-1-1973; amd. 2011 Code)
