10-1-2: PURPOSE:
This title is for the purpose of securing adequate light, pure air, and safety from fire and other dangers; conserving the taxable values of land and buildings throughout the village, lessening or avoiding congestion in the public streets; and promoting the public health, safety, comfort, morals, and welfare.
