Any person convicted of a violation of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by imposition of a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) and not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) per offense. Every day a building shall be maintained or permitted to exist in a dangerous condition shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 315, 4-4-2006; amd. 2011 Code)
