Any person who shall violate or refuse to comply with any provisions of this chapter shall be subject, upon conviction thereof, to a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 274, 7-1-1999; amd. 2011 Code)
