9-2-3: HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS:
It shall be unlawful to construct any fence within the village to a height greater than six feet (6') on the sides or rear of a property or to a height greater than four feet (4') on the front of a property. (Ord. 274, 7-1-1999; amd. 2011 Code)
