No person shall erect, alter or remodel any fence within the village without first obtaining a building permit therefor. The application for such building permit shall be accompanied by the following exhibits:
A. In the event the proposed fence is to be adjacent to the property of another, an affidavit from all such adjacent property owners indicating that said adjacent owners do not object to the proposed location of the proposed fence, and a plot plan indicating location, size and placement of the proposed fence.
B. In the event the proposed fence is to be adjacent to the properties of others and the applicant is unable to obtain an affidavit from all such adjacent property owners indicating that said adjacent owners do not object to the proposed location of the proposed fence, a boundary survey of the area including the property in question and one hundred feet (100') beyond its outer boundaries showing lot boundaries and dimensions, buildings, easements and the location, size and placement of the proposed fence.
C. In the event the proposed fence is not adjacent to the property of another, a plot plan indicating location, size and placement of the proposed fence. (Ord. 274, 7-1-1999)
