A. Notice Of Violation: Any person found to be violating any provision of this chapter, except section 8-2-6 of this chapter, shall be served by the village with a written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations.
B. Revocation Of Permit: The village may revoke any permit for sewage disposal as a result of any violation of any provision of this chapter. (Ord. 189, 4-4-1985)
C. Fine: Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided in subsection A of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each violation. Each day on which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 189, 4-4-1985; amd. 2011 Code)
D. Liability For Violations: Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the village by reason of such violation. (Ord. 189, 4-4-1985)
