6-8-7: MISCELLANEOUS:
In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction declares any particular provision or portion thereof to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this chapter shall be construed to be valid and enforceable. (Ord. 376, 11-3-2015)
