A. To the extent that a violation of this chapter also constitutes a violation of the Illinois vehicle code or other criminal statute(s) of Illinois, then the violator shall be subject to criminal prosecution.
B. A person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be issued a "courtesy citation" and subject to the village of Shannon's sanctions concerning same.
C. For a first offense, the permit may be suspended for up to ninety (90) days.
D. Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter for a second time within a two (2) year period shall have the permit revoked. (Ord. 376, 11-3-2015)
