6-8-1: NONHIGHWAY VEHICLES ALLOWED:
Subject to the terms and conditions stated herein, the only nonhighway vehicles authorized under the provisions of this chapter are "golf carts" and "utility task vehicles". To avoid confusion, "all-terrain vehicles" as defined at 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1-101.8 are not permitted hereunder. (Ord. 376, 11-3-2015)
