303.07 LICENSES AND PERMITS; FEES.

   (a)   Any owner, occupant, party in control, operator or contractor that constructs, installs, or maintains a compost pile shall obtain a one-time permit from the Director of Public Works after paying a fee of five dollars ($5.00).

   (b)   Any owner, occupant, party in control, operator or contractor that constructs, installs, or maintains a private swimming pool shall obtain a one-time permit for the construction of the pool from the Director of Building and Housing after paying a fee of seventy-five cents ($0.75) per 100 square feet, with a minimum fee of three dollars ($3.00).

   (c)   Any owner, party in control, operator or contractor that operates or intends to operate a garbage/refuse collection vehicle, must obtain a one-time license from the Director of Public Works, after paying a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).

   (d)   For any other permit or license required by the Health Code, the owner, party in control, operator or contractor, as applicable, shall obtain said permit or license after paying a fee of thirty dollars ($30.00).
