1329.04 PERMIT APPLICATION; FEE.

   (a)    The Director may charge a permit application fee as established from time to time by the Director.

   (b)   Any person desiring a permit required by this Chapter shall file an application with the Director. The application shall consist of:

      (1)   The permit application fee;

      (2)   The Plans required by the Stormwater Management, Erosion and Sediment Control, and Riparian and Wetlands Setback Regulations; and

      (3)   A completed Notice of Intent.

   (c)   The Plan( s) and Notice required in this Section shall meet all requirements in the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency Permit entitled "Authorization for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Construction Activity Under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System," that is in effect at the time a permit application is submitted under this Chapter.
