505.08 FORMS, RULES AND REGULATIONS; APPEALS OR VARIANCES.

(a) The Chief of Police is authorized and directed to promulgate such forms, rules and regulations as are necessary for the efficient administration of this chapter.

(b) Appeals from any determination made by the Chief of Police, Chief of Fire or Commissioner of Building pursuant to this chapter, or requests for variances from the terms of this chapter, may be taken to the City Board of Zoning Appeals in the manner provided for in Chapter 1281 of the Zoning Code.
