503.09 RETURN OF ALARM AGENT IDENTIFICATION CARD; NOTICE IF NOT RETURNED.

(a) Each alarm business employee issued an identification card pursuant to the terms of this chapter shall, upon termination of employment with the alarm business, immediately return the identification card to the alarm business.

(b) Each alarm business shall immediately notify the Chief of Police of the name of each terminated employee holding an identification card for doing business in this City. If such card is not returned to the alarm business, such event shall also be immediately reported to the Chief of Police.
