(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person who is found to have violated any provisions of §§ 50.15 through 50.28, its wastewater discharge permit, or an order of the city shall be liable to the city for a civil penalty of not less than $100, nor more than $1,000, for each day of each violation. In addition to the penalties provided herein, the city may recover reasonable attorneys' fees, court costs, court reporters' fees and other expenses of litigation by appropriate suit at law against the person found to have violated §§ 50.15 through 50.28 or the orders, rules, regulations and permits issued hereunder.
