§ 151.001 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   The State of Oregon has in O.R.S. 215.515 delegated the responsibility to local governmental units to adopt regulations designed to promote the public health, safety, and general welfare of its citizenry. Therefore, the City of Shady Cove ordains and sets out the provisions of this chapter.
