Every medical marijuana facility shall, on or before the fifteenth day of each month, make a report to the City Administrator, on forms provided by the city, specifying the total gross sales of marijuana, and marijuana-infused, products for the previous month. A report shall not be considered filed until it is actually received by the City Administrator.
