(A) Medical marijuana facilities as retail stores are allowed uses in the General Commercial Zone, G-C.
(B) Location of all licensed facilities shall comply with the requirements of OAR 333-008-1110 (and all applicable rules and regulations promulgated thereunder), except as further limited by division (C) below.
(C) Licensed facilities shall not be closer than 2,500 feet of another medical marijuana facility; there shall be no more than one medical marijuana facility within the city limits of the City of Shady Cove.
