§ 116.28 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION.
   The City Administrator or designee may issue a license for a medical marijuana facility if inspections for safety, zoning compliance, criminal history background checks, and all other information available to the city verify that the applicant has submitted a full and complete application, paid the appropriate fee, and has made improvements to the business location consistent with the application and is prepared to operate the business in compliance with this subchapter and any other applicable law, rule or regulation. The City Administrator or designee will deny any application that does not meet the requirements of this subchapter or any other applicable law, rule or regulation or that contains any false or incomplete information.
