§ 35.02 POLICE OFFICER TRAINING RESOURCES.

   (A)   Short title. This section may be referred to as the “Shady Cove Police Officer Training Allocation Ordinance”.

   (B)   Allocation.

      (1)   An amount not less than 3% of the budgeted resource from traffic bails and fines will be budgeted, each year, for police officer travel and training.

      (2)   Any unused portion of the money budgeted for police officer travel and training, each year, will not be carried over to a subsequent year.
