(A) Cost associated with deferred improvement agreements will be the equivalent of 25% of the City Engineer's per-foot estimate for street construction to full city standards. The cost will be applied to deferred improvement agreements as a frontage foot cost.
(B) The Engineer's estimate will be reviewed annually and updated as appropriate.
(C) The cost applied to deferred improvement agreements will be adopted by resolution.
