§ 154.235 USES PERMITTED IN MOBILE HOME PARKS.
   The following uses are permitted outright within a mobile home park, subject to site development plan approval:
   (A)   Mobile/manufactured homes meeting the minimum standards of the HUD Code, as described in § 154.217;
   (B)   Multi-purpose or recreational buildings, swimming pools, tennis courts, playgrounds and other similar facilities intended for the recreation use of park residents and to meet city park standards;
   (C)   Laundry room;
   (D)   Storage area for recreational vehicles, boats and the like owned by park residents; and storage sheds, lockers or other enclosed storage facilities, also for park residents only;
   (E)   Pedestrian walkways, bicycle trails/paths and related facilities;
   (F)   Structures necessary for the provision of needed utility services; and
   (G)   Office uses related to the management of the park.
