§ 153.20 EROSION CONTROL.

Grass seed planting shall take place prior to September 30 on all lots upon which a dwelling has not been started but the ground cover has been disturbed. The seeds shall be of an annual rye grass variety and shall be sown at not less than four pounds to each 1,000 square feet of land area.
