Blocks shall have sufficient width to provide for two tiers of lots at appropriate depths. However, exceptions to the block width shall be allowed for blocks that are adjacent to arterial streets or natural features. To enhance public convenience and mobility, accessways may be required to connect to cul-de-sacs, or between streets and other public or semipublic lands or through greenway systems.
