§ 153.09 LAND DIVISION DESIGN STANDARDS.

All land division shall be in conformance with the requirements of the applicable base zoning district as this chapter, as well as with other applicable provisions of this chapter. Modifications to these requirements may be accomplished through a planned development. The design standards in this section shall be used in conjunction with street design standards included in city street design standards.
