(A) Adoption of regulations. There is hereby adopted as city law, Chapter 33 of the Appendix of the Oregon State Structural Specialty Code, being particularly the 1998 Edition thereof, prepared and promulgated by the International Conference of Building Officials, entitled Excavation and Grading.
(B) Effective date. This section shall be effective 30 days after the date of adoption.
