§ 115.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Violation for any provision of this chapter is punishable, upon conviction, by a fine of $500.
   (B)   Upon a second conviction of any violation of any provision of this chapter, the Court may impose a fine not to exceed $1,000. In addition, the City Council or its designate may suspend the second-hand dealer's license for a period not to exceed 30 days, subject to § 115.04.
   (C)   Upon subsequent conviction of any violation of any requirement imposed by this chapter, the Court may impose a fine not to exceed $1,000. In addition the City Council or its designate may suspend the second-hand dealer's license for a period not to exceed six months, subject to § 115.04.
   (D)   The Court may impose a fine of $200 per day upon any second-hand dealer whose license has been suspended or revoked, when the second-hand dealer continues to operate or cause to be operated the second-hand business for which the license has been suspended or revoked, during the period of the suspension or revocation.
