§ 115.09 MERCHANDISE TAGS REQUIRED.

A second-hand dealer receiving specified merchandise shall affix to the merchandise a tag, upon which shall be written a number in clear, legible characters, which number shall correspond with the number on the form required to be kept as provided in § 115.05.
