§ 114.07 CONTENTS OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE.
   (A)   Before the Council recommends denial of a liquor license application, notice of the public hearing must be given to the applicant either personally or by certified mail postmarked not later than ten days prior to the hearing.
   (B)   The notice shall contain:
      (1)   The date, time and place of the hearing;
      (2)   A copy of the recommendation of the Police Chief together with all supporting reports and documents; and
      (3)   A statement that information about procedures and rights of parties may be obtained from the office of the City Recorder.
