§ 114.02 TEMPORARY LICENSES.
   (A)   (1)   The City Council is authorized to approve applications for temporary OLCC licenses such as special events, special beer and special wine licenses.
      (2)   The applications may be processed after the fee established by Council has been paid.
      (3)   The City Council may make an unfavorable recommendation to the OLCC if the City Council finds that the applicant does not meet any of the criteria established by § 114.05.
   (B)   Either the applicant or a member of the City Council may refer an application for a public hearing before the City Council.
