§ 114.01 FORMS.
   (A)   Applicants for OLCC licenses shall submit to the City Recorder all of the appropriate OLCC license application forms.
   (B)   The Police Chief may require additional information as appropriate for conducting the investigations required to enable the City Council to make an informed recommendation.
