§ 113.07 FAILURE TO COLLECT AND REPORT TAX.

If any operator should fail to keep adequate records or refuse to collect the tax or to make, within the time provided by this chapter, any report and remittance of the tax, or any portion thereof, the operator shall be subject to the penalties outlined in § 113.06.
