§ 112.08 FAILURE TO COLLECT AND REPORT TAX; DETERMINATION OF TAX BY CITY RECORDER.

If any operator should fail to keep adequate records or refuse to collect the tax or to make, within the time provided by this chapter, any report and remittance of the tax or any portion thereof required by this chapter, the City Recorder shall proceed in a manner according to law.
