§ 110.14 EVIDENCE OF DOING BUSINESS.
   In the trial of any alleged violation of the subchapter, evidence of advertisements by newspapers, radio, television or other medium or by signs displayed for public view, that the business was being conducted expressly or impliedly offering to sell goods or services to the public or any segment thereof, shall constitute prima facie evidence that the defendant was transacting business within the city on the day or date during which the representations were made.
