(A) The city's development design standards are contained in the most recent ODOT/APWA Standard and/or specific city standards. It is important to review those documents and all relevant sections to determine which standards apply. The city may prepare checklists to assist property owners and applicants in determining which sections apply.
(B) The design standards contained within the following sections apply throughout the city, for all land use types:
(1) Street access and circulation;
(2) Vehicle and bicycle parking;
(3) Public facilities standards; and
(4) Other design standards (signs and the like).
