§ 91.04 STATE CRIMINAL CODE ADOPTED.
   The provisions of O.R.S. Ch. 161, relating to defenses, burdens of proof, general principles of criminal liability, parties to a crime or offense and general principles of justification and responsibility apply to offenses defined and made punishable by this subchapter.
