§ 50.243 COMPENSATORY ACTION.

In lieu of enforcement proceedings, penalties, and remedies authorized by this section, the city may impose upon a violator alternative compensatory action, such as storm drain stenciling, attendance at compliance workshops, creek cleanup, and the like.
