(A) All officially scheduled, special, and called open public meetings shall be recorded in a manner that allows for the capture of audio including without limitation:
(1) A sound-only recording; or
(2) A video recording with sound and video; and
(3) A digital or analog broadcast capable of being recorded.
(B) A recording of an open public meeting shall be maintained by the city for a minimum of two years from the date of the open public meeting.
(C) The recording shall be maintained in a format that may be reproduced upon request.
(D) The recording shall be published on the city’s webpage within three business days of the origination.
(E) Divisions (A) and (B) above do not apply to:
(1) Executive sessions; or
(2) Other sessions which are not open to the public.
