§ 35.93 PLANNING AND ZONING ON-LINE ACCOUNT.
   (A)   There is now established in the Office of the Clerk-Treasurer a fund to be known as the Planning and Zoning On-Line Account.
   (B)   All monies received from credit card or debit card payments made to the Planning and Zoning Department shall be deposited into this account.
   (C)   At least one time per month the Clerk- Treasurer shall transfer all monies held in the Planning and Zoning On-Line Account to the appropriate line item(s) in the Planning and Zoning section of the city’s General Fund.
