(A) There is now established in the Office of the Clerk-Treasurer a fund to be known as the Police Department On-Line Account.
(B) All monies received from credit card or debit card payments made to the Police Department shall be deposited into this account.
(C) At least one time per month the Clerk- Treasurer shall transfer all monies held in the Police Department On-Line Account to the appropriate line item(s) in the Police Department section of the city’s General Fund.
