§ 35.07 SMSU ON-LINE ACCOUNT.
   (A)   There is now established in the Office of the Clerk-Treasurer a fund to be known as the SMSU On-Line Account.
   (B)   All monies received from credit card or debit card payments made to the Seymour Municipal Sanitation Utility (SMSU) shall be deposited into this account.
   (C)   At least one time per month the Clerk- Treasurer shall transfer all monies held in the SMSU On-Line Account to the appropriate line item(s) in the SMSU Operating Fund.
