§ 32.54 INTERNAL CONTROL POLICY.

   (A)   The city adopts the Internal Control Policy, attached as Exhibit A to Resolution 13, 2016, by reference as if fully set forth herein.

   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer and the Human Resources Director are directed to ensure that all personnel receive training concerning the internal control procedures adopted by the city.

   (C)   The city adopts a materiality threshold of $500 for purposes of the internal control procedures.
