§ 35.21 PARK AND RECREATION ON-LINE ACCOUNT.
   (A) There is now established in the Office of the Clerk-Treasurer a fund to be known as the Park and Recreation On-Line Account.
   (B)   All monies received from credit card or debit card payments made to the Park and Recreation Department shall be deposited into this account.
   (C)   At least one time per month the Clerk- Treasurer shall transfer all monies held in the Park and Recreation On-Line Account to the appropriate line item(s) in the Park and Recreation section of the city’s General Fund.
