§ 53.05 BILLING AND COLLECTION.
   (A)   Charges for stormwater service shall be billed by and through the city utilities office on the monthly utility bill.
   (B)   The billing and collection procedures for charges for stormwater service shall be the same as specified in § 50.211 through § 50.213.
