§ 50.217 SMSU-STORMWATER UTILITY FUND.
   (A)   There is now established a fund to be known as the SMSU-Stormwater Utility Fund.
   (B)   This Fund shall be used to receive all monies paid into the Stormwater Utility from user fees and from any other source and to pay for the expenses of operation, repair and maintenance of the city’s Stormwater Utility.
