(A) Pursuant to I.C. 36-1-3 et seq., there is now established in the Office of the Clerk-Treasurer a non-reverting fund to be known as the Skate Park Fund.
(B) This Fund shall be under the control of the Board of Parks and Recreation and is subject to the following conditions:
(1) All monies received from donations for the acquisition, construction and maintenance of public skate park facilities shall be accepted and deposited in the Fund.
(2) All disbursements made from this Fund shall be for or on behalf of the Department of Parks and Recreation, and used solely for acquisition,
construction and maintenance of public skate park facilities. These disbursements shall be made on the order of the Board of Public Works and Safety to the Clerk-Treasurer and payable upon presentation of proper claims as specified in § 30.40 of the City Code.
