§ 31.41 ADMINISTRATION AND RULES.
   The reserve officer program shall be administered and managed by the Chief of Police who shall establish rules and procedures for the program subject to the approval of the Board of Public Works and Safety.
   (A)   No more than five police reserve officers may be appointed and actively serving with the SPD at any given time.
   (B)   Police reserve officers shall serve with the SPD for a minimum of 144 hours per year, or 12 hours per month.
