(A) Any person, whether as principal, agent, owner, lessee, tenant, contractor, builder, architect, engineer, or otherwise, who violates any provision of this subchapter shall be subject to a fine of $100 per day, plus administrative costs, for each offense.
(B) Each day of the existence of any violation of this subchapter shall be a separate offense.
(C) The remedies provided for in this section shall be cumulative and not exclusive and shall be in addition to any other remedies provided by law.
(D) Any person or party aggrieved by a decision of the Commission shall be entitled to judicial review.
