(A) Ordinary repairs and maintenance. Nothing in this section shall be construed to prevent the ordinary repairs and maintenance of any historic building, provided that such repairs or maintenance do not result in a conspicuous change in the design, form, proportion, mass, configuration, building material, texture, color, location, or external visual appearance of any structure, or part thereof.
(B) Storm, fire, vandalism, potentially harmful deterioration of the property, deterioration of appurtenances or other type of repair work is to be completed within 60 days of incident or notification by the Building Commissioner. Thirty-day extensions may be granted by the Building Commissioner and a catastrophic repair timeline shall be set by the Building Commissioner.
